Hello and welcome to the WinClaim medical billing software system.
This disk contains the the program and documentation necessary to be able
to do data entry, paper claims billing, statements, and all financial
reports necessary to operate a Billing Center or for use directly in a
medical office. We also have two other products: our WinEMC program sends
claims electronically over phone lines, and WinClaim Professional practice
management adds network capability and additional reports and forms for in-
office use, or for offering extra services by billing centers.
If you received a 360K disk or you see the file WINCLM.EXE, then the
files have been compressed, so follow these instructions:

C:\>md winclaim (Makes Directory called WINCLAIM)
C:\>cd winclaim (Changes Directory to WINCLAIM)
C:\WINCLAIM>copy a:*.*/v (copy all of the install disk)
C:\WINCLAIM>winclm (expand or UNZIP the compressed file)
C:\WINCLAIM>erase winclm.exe (erase the unneeded compressed file)

Print a copy of the manual by entering COPY A:MANUAL.TXT PRN:
from the WinClaim directory AFTER you have installed the program on your
hard disk. The program comes with some sample data files, to begin using
the program 'live', just erase all the sample data base files by entering
ERASE *.DBF . See the Utils section at the end of the manual.
