AUDIO LIBRARY is one in a series of specialized files including VIDEO LIBRARY,
BOOK LIBRARY and STAMP COLLECTION that is available on a Shareware basis.

You are actively encouraged to copy this shareware and distribute it to others.

If you find this Shareware program useful, are asked to register your copy
of Audio Library. Please send a registration fee of $8.00 to Tom DeFelice,
P.O. Box 701, Leominster MA 01453-0701. When you have registered, you will be
notified of future updates. These updates are free, but you are asked to supply
your own floppy disk and return postage.

AUDIO LIBRARY ver 1.0 is written for a basic system of IBM and compatible PCs.
You will need a Color Graphics Adapter, 1 floppy drive, a printer, and a
minimum of 256K memory. Versions making use of the greater capacity of more
memory and hard disks are available.

Audio Library will maintain your record, cassette, compact disk, etc. collection
by Title or artists to a maximum of 1,500 individual entries. It will then
display them alphabetically on screen or printer.

On line help screens are available by using the function keys (F1 to F10).
F10 gives a summary of the help screens.

Titles should be entered in upper case only. If you forget, don't worry. Audio
Library will automatically change them to capitol letters. This makes it easier
when sorting through your titles.

Artist names are sorted by Last Name, First Name. They may be entered at your
option as all upper case or upper and lower case. Just be consistent as to the
method you use. Also, Audio Library does not recognise blanks in an Artist's
name. So in making an entry such as Mac Arthur, make certain to enter it as
MacArthur for the program to work properly. If in doubt, enter it as you like.
Then use the List Title command. If you don't like it, you can always change
one part of it.

If a Title is not listed, but the last title is listed twice, you started the
unlisted title with a blank when you first entered it into the file. Use the
change option, to re-enter the title. This should solve the problem.

Please inform me if you should come across any problems when using the
Audio Library.

Your comments and suggestions are welcomed and encouraged. I hope you will find
this program a useful and productive tool.
