Ok, here is is, CHGOWNER, Change Owner
Purpose:
To change file ownership in the CURRENT SUBDIRECTORY DOWN THE TREE
Use:
CHGOWNER xxxxxx
where xxxxx is the user's LOGIN name
if you type an incorrect name, the utility will stop and indicate such
if you wish to STOP at any time, press ESC...
there you go, have fun!

UPDATE:
v1.7 fixes the problem under NW386 where files were getting messed up
(like EXEC-ONLY)
sorry about the problem, but this utility was written before there was a
NetWare/386 to worry about...
