A System Utility Program for your WildCat! BBS Validate v2.5

SPECIAL NOTE: A new program, "VALSETUP.EXE" is now included, to
allow a quick, easy setup of your .BAD and .CFG files...
To run:
1) CHANGE TO THE DIRECTORY YOU WANT YOUR CONFIGURATION FILE TO BE
2) Type: VALSETUP filename
Where "filename" is the name of the configuration file you wish to
create. (eg: SAMPLE.CFG)
