TIGA-340 VIDEO RESOURCE FILE (TIGA.VRS)
========================================
Before you can use WordPerfect 5.1 or DrawPerfect 1.0 with your TIGA-340
graphics card, you will need to copy the TIGA.VRS file into the same
directory where all of the other *.VRS video resource files are located.
In addition, you must create an Absolute Load Module for your particular
TIGA-340 graphics card by following these steps:
1) Type CD at the DOS prompt where represents
the complete DOS directory path where the TIGA-340 driver
files that came with your graphics card are located.
2) Type SET TIGA=-M -L at the DOS prompt
to make sure that the TIGA environment variable is properly
set. (Please note that represents the same directory
described in step 1 -- the TIGA driver files directory.)
3) Type TIGACD at the DOS prompt to make sure that
the TIGA Communications Driver is running.
4) Type TIGALNK -LX at the DOS prompt to Load and
eXecute the TIGA graphics manager on your TIGA-340 graphics
card.
5) Type TIGALNK -CA EXTPRIMS at the DOS prompt to
Create an Absolute load module called EXTPRIMS.ALM.
*** NOTE: Steps 2 and 3 above can be placed in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file
so that they will automatically be executed each time your computer starts
up. Steps 1, 4 and 5 needs to be executed only once.
