WHAT IS IT?

DISK FACTORY v1.1 is a *FAST* multitasking copy/compare/format utility
for Windows! It's time to start spending more time USING your computer
and less time WAITING for it to complete simple tasks! Let Disk Factory
churn out copies while you use you use your word processor, spreadsheet,
etc.! Perfect for shareware authors or anyone who needs to produce
large numbers of diskettes - and STILL get their other work done! Why
buy a disk duplicator when you can have a Disk Factory??


INSTALLATION
------------

1) Copy the Disk Factory files (DISKFAC.EXE, DISKFAC.HLP, etc.) to the
directory of your choice on your hard disk.

2) To install Disk Factory as an icon in a Program Manager group,
consult the "Creating A Program Item" section of the Windows 3.1
User's Guide (pages 78-82 in the English language version).

3) That's all there is to it. To learn more about using Disk Factory,
start the program and press F1 to browse Disk Factory's online help
system.

help file can even print out a registration form for you on your
