Hacker heaven! Dentist is an OS/2 executable file (.EXE, .DLL, .DRV, ...)
formatter and resource extractor. You can use Dentist as a glorified EXEHDR
to examine the structure of an OS/2 executable and you can use Dentist to
regenerate the original resource script (.RC) and the original resources
for the file. If you have the OS/2 SDK, you can use the tools provided therein
to modify the resources, and you can replace the original resources via
the Resource Compiler (RC.EXE).

Note: To edit dialog boxes, compile the .RC to a .RES, then run DLGBOX.

A modicum of familiarity with the OS/2 SDK is required. Enjoy.

Usage: dentist [-?xshridonv] [-p] file [file...]

where:

-x eXtract resources
-p Prefix resource file names with , max 5 chars
-s list Segments
-h list .exe Headers
-r list Resources
-i list Imported modules
-d list Dynalinks
-o list Ordinal exports
-n list Named exports
-v Verbose (list all)
