WEIGHT CHECK 3.0

Have your computer keep record of your daily weight, and make appropriate
comments.

The first time you run this program, you will be asked for certain
information to create a config file, and to create a data file,
and a backup data file. You can only run the program once a day.
If you should want to run it again, you'll have to set the date back,
on the first line of WEIGHCHK.DAT.

Add a line to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file to have the program record your
weight the first time you boot your computer each day. Just add the line
WEIGHCHK if the files are kept in the root directory where
AUTOEXEC.BAT and COMMAND.COM are located. If you create a subdirectory
named WEIGHCHK, then add about 4 lines to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file.

The file WEIGHCHK.CFG can be modified using an ASCII editor. The
necessary info is included in the WEIGHCHK.CFG file.

WEIGHCHK.DAT data file
WEIGHCK2.DAT backup data file
WEIGHCYR.DAT keeps weight monthly on the first.
This won't appear until the first time you
use it on the first of the month.

WEIGHCHK has been extensively tested. However you should consider
that any program may not be compatible with your system and proceed
accordingly. I will not be responsible for anything that happens to your
system for whatever reason. Neither will I be responsible if you do
not lose any weight!
