Contents of the READ.ME file


The locator is a system for storing information about businesses on a
pc or pc clone computer. After storing the info, it provides means to
search and report to any of the following: screen, printer, labelmaker,
wordprocessor, disk file.

Searches can be conducted on names, citys, zip codes, business types, sica
codes and street names.

Minimu equipment required is a pc or clone, 2.0 dos operating system or
later, a hard disk, and 640kb memeory.

Install instructions follow:

Insert this diskette into your "A" drive and type "a:install".
The install program will create a "locator" directory on your "C" drive
and copy the necessary files into it. It will start the program. Restarts
require that you be on the "C" Drive in the "locator" directory and type
"start".
