Individuals are granted a free license to use LOAN MANAGER for up to
30 days for evaluation purposes. To continue using LOAN MANAGER after
that time, you must register LOAN MANAGER in one of the following manners.

For $15, as an individual, you register the copy that you currently
have. You are then granted a license to use LOAN MANAGER on any

DOCUMENTATION AND FREE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:
For $25, you will receive the latest version of LOAN MANAGER
(or the next available version if you have the latest) and a hard
copy of the documentation. You will also be notified of updates to
LOAN MANAGER. You are also granted a license to use the this version
of LOAN MANAGER on any computer as long as only one copy of LOAN MANAGER
is ever in use at any one time.

3> FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND BUSINESSES:
Site licenses and multi-copy licenses are available at super low
costs. A site license covers all computers that are owned by your company
and as a FREE bonus, the computers of all your current employees. Please
contact SOFT SOLUTIONS for more information on site licenses. Include
the number of company owned computers that the license will apply to.

This package may be freely distributed provided that no files are modified

The manner of distribution of this package does not relieve the final
recepient of the package from the obligation to register this product with
SOFT SOLUTIONS. Also the recepient of the package MUST be made aware of the
fact that this is not a public domain program and that they are required
to register LOAN MANAGER to be able to continue to use it.

LM.EXE must not be modified in any manner. You are not allowed to edit
the messages that appear in LM.EXE or any of the supplemental programs
with any kind of editor.


WARRANTY

With respect to the physical disk, the author warrents the same to be free
of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the
date of purchase. In the event of notification within the warranty period
of defects in material or workmanship, the author will replace the
defective diskette. The remedy for breach of this warranty shall be
limited to replacement and shall not encompass any other damages, including
but not limited to loss of profit, and special, incidental, consequential,
or other similar claims.

The author specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or
implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to defects in the
diskette and documentation. In no event shall the author or SOFT SOLUTIONS
be liable for any loss of profit or any other commercial damage,
including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other
damages.

HOW TO START AND USE:

LOAN MANAGER requires DOS 3.xx or greater.

To start LOAN MANAGER:
a) copy all distributed files for LOAN MANAGER to a subdirectory
that you will be evoking the program from.
b) enter LM to evoke.
