HOW TO EXECUTE THIS LIVING WILL
1. Import the document into your word processor. It is
in ASCII format.
2. Use your FIND-REPLACE function and replace the
following:
- NAME with (Your Name)
- NTH with (numerical date 14th e.g.)
- MONTH with the current month
- 19__ with current year
- HIS with her if applicable
3. Print the file in triplicate with NLQ and have it
properly witnessed.
4. Give one to your personal physician, executor of your
estate and spouse or parent.
