DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION: Alignment - Brakes - Tune-up repair centers
which specialize in the one day, high profit automotive and truck service
needs. Guaranteed, fast, economical service performed in a "new" 8 bay
facility, with the "right" equipment and the "right" training, is the
backbone of the franchise. A strong managerial background is essential -
training will provide the rest.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE: Franchise includes 8 bay facility, signs,
equipment, training with no need for additional equipment. Should a
fracnchisee want additional equipment, financing through leasing
companies, banks and ABT is available to qualified applicants. Franchisee
must be financially qualified to guarantee construction.

TRAINING PROVIDED: 2 weeks will be spent in an ABT Service Center and at
the company headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. This schedule will be
increased if necessary. ABT operational people will then shift to
franchisee's center for the training of the manpower. A grand opening will
be prepared and held during this period.

MANAGERIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE: On a regular basis ABT personnel visits
the franchisee to provide consultation in day to day operations and to
analyze monthly progress. ABT provides operation manuals, training
manuals, bookeeping systems, insurance programs, advertizing assistance
and other management tools.

customer waits and guaranteed in writing for 12,000 miles. Price includes
both parts and labor.
