NCSA Telnet for the PC
version 2.2 release

Support for the following Ethernet boards are included in ONE executable
program (TELBIN.EXE):

3Com 3C501
MICOM NI5210
IBM RT PC Baseband adapter
Ungermann-Bass PC NIC
Western Digital WD8003E
Ungermann-Bass NICps/2
3Com 3C523


Because of the different requirements among users, there are duplicate
formats for posted information. Pick one from each group:

- telnet.2.2.tar Files are combined in tar format
- telnet.2.2.tar.ZFiles are combined in tar format and compressed
- contents of the Individual files for those without UNIX "tar"
"untarred" directory

- PC.2.2.Macdocs.sit Documentation in Macintosh MSWord format (stuffed)
- PC.2.2.Macdocs.sithqx Docs in Macintosh MSWord format (stuffed and binhexed)
- PC.2.2.docs.asciiSame words in an inferior line-printer format

If you choose to download from the "untarred" directory, the following
commands should complete the set (on UNIX machines):
ftp> cd untarred
ftp> prompt
ftp> binary
ftp> mget *exe
ftp> ascii
ftp> mget *2 *bat newh README config.tel info.sheet
ftp> cd ..
