REGISTRATION INFORMATION & LICENSE AGREEMENT

The concept of SHAREWARE is as follows:

SHAREWARE is a term applied to a class of software where develop-
ers and publishers allow for the free distribution of their
products. The user is granted a license to use the product for an
evaluation period. It is anticipated that if the user finds
value in the product, and wishes to use the product on a continu-
ing basis, then the user will register the product and pay a
license fee to the developer to encourage further enhancements to
the product and the development of future products.

Use of the product beyond the evaluation period should indicate
that the user is benefiting from using the product. Such benefit
should result in compensation to the developer. Registration of
this SHAREWARE product will bring the user the following added
benefits:

1. A copy of the most recent version of this product.
2. Full documentation
3. Customer support
4. Immediate notification of all enhancements and
upgrades.
5. A version of the software without the SHAREWARE
message, which gives the user access to context
sensitive help screens through unrestricted use
of the key.


Please feel free to make copies of this product and distribute
copies to any interested users. This product may be placed on
any Bulletin Board(BBS), where SHAREWARE programs or other pro-
grams may be stored for electronic retrieval by others interested
in evaluating software products, provided none of the files that
constitute the product, including the .DOC files, are altered in
any manner. However ...

... To preserve the integrity of the product, please DO NOT COPY
INDIVIDUAL FILES. Instead, copy the single file SSECUR_*.EXE.
Upon execution SSECUR_*.EXE produces all the necessary files.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF SHAREWARE LICENSE.
Acting as publisher on behalf of the author Stanislav G. Liachev,
The Eastern Prom Group grants to you, the single user, the right
to use, for evaluation purposes, for an "Evaluation Period", one
copy of this Stan Security System shareware module (the "SHARE-
WARE") on a single terminal connected to a single computer (i.e.,
with a single CPU). You may not network the SHAREWARE or other-
wise use it on more than one computer or computer terminal at the
same time.

2. COPYRIGHT.
The SHAREWARE is owned by Stanislav G. Liachev and is protected
by United States copyright laws and international treaty provi-
sions. Therefore, you must treat the SHAREWARE like any other
copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording). Howev-
er, if you are a single user, you may transfer the SHAREWARE to a
single hard disk or floppy disk for evaluation purposes.

You also may freely copy and distribute any of the family of
self-extracting files named SSECUR-*.EXE (where the asterisk
refers to a specific Stan Security System module, or to a genera-
tion number), provided you have altered neither the self-extract-
ing file nor any of the files which are created when the self-
extracting file is run.

3. EVALUATION PERIOD
The evaluation period shall be for thirty (30) days.

4. OTHER RESTRICTIONS.
You may not rent or lease the SHAREWARE. You may not reverse-
engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the programs.

5. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall The Eastern Prom Group or Stanislav G. Liachev
be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limita-
tions, damages for loss of data, interruption, loss of informa-
tion, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or
inability to use this SHAREWARE product, even if The Eastern
Prom Group or Stanislav G. Liachev has been advised of the possi-
bility of such damages.

6. FILES
The files which should accompany the distribution of SHAREWARE
are as listed in the accompanying README-*.DOC file (where the
asterisk refers to a specific Stan Security System module, or to
a generation number).

7. DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS
The Eastern Prom Group of 418 Main Street Suite 3, Saco, Maine
04072 acts as Mr. Stanislav G. Liachev's representative in all
matters concerning distribution and marketing of Stan Security
System products.
