FRULER 1.0 by Frank Farrell MOVABLE SCREEN RULER
Memory resident, uses approximately 4K, can be uninstalled via Alt-F5 but
if to be removed and memory restored, be sure it's the last program
installed in memory otherwise the infamous hole in DOS.
Alt-R to bring up after loading FRULER.COM
F1 - Change ruler types
F2 - Background color
F3 - Foreground color
Alt-F5 Uninstall (remove from memory)
Movement:
Home/End keys
Arrow keys
Shift
Backtab (Shift-Tab)
Esc - to exit
