If you had a previous version of MOVIES TO GO!, you will notice that there are
now no movies which have "No Review Available." Thousands of hours have been
spent during the last year making MOVIES TO GO! more accurate and complete,
and we are continuing this mission day by day. Thank you for support in
helping us to make MOVIES TO GO! the best electronic video movie guide
available anywhere.
MOVIES TO GO! contains information on 1,000 movies (the registered version has
4,700+). You can search for your favorite categories (comedies, drama, sports,
family, etc.), actors, directors, MPAA rating, key words, year, and more. Has
the setting, main characters, possible objectionable content, trivia, authors,
music, and box office gross too! You can even search for other special
categories, such as Dog Movies, World War II, Family Relationships, Robin
Hood, Knights, Halloween, Disney Movies, Horses, etc. Has both a text and
graphics interface.
Stunning graphics interface has animated icons, 3-D buttons, and graphic
menus. For example, the actor menu is displayed on a video tape, the main
menu is a TV set, and the search menu is displayed on a movie ticket.
Graphics version requires an EGA/VGA monitor, and a 386 class computer is
recommended, but not required to run it.
Requires 640K, Hard Disk, and DOS 2.1+. Mouse is supported, but not required.

Because of its size, MOVIES TO GO! is usually distributed in two parts, the
Standard Version and the Graphics Version. The Standard Version requires
the following files to run:

3.FIL
4.FIL
SHAREIT.TXT Explains shareware, etc. (required to run)
ORDER.TXT Order form (required to run)
The Graphics Version requires the following additional files:

You can cause the icons to animate by adding an additional 32 optional files:

Generally, the standard version is distributed in the file MOVIEA14.ZIP and
the graphics version is distributed in the file MOVIEB14.ZIP. Usually,
MOVIEA14.ZIP is downloaded first, with MOVIEB14.ZIP being only downloaded by
those who have EGA (or better) graphics capability and a fast 286, 386, or 486
computer. We normally don't include the data files (?.FIL) in MOVIEB14.ZIP,
so a person must download both to get the graphics version. MOVIEC14.ZIP
contains the animated icons files.
MOVIES.ICO and MOVIES.PFI is included for those who want to use MOVIES TO GO!
under Windows.
MOVIES.TXT is recommended reading to get the most out of MOVIES TO GO! It also
tells you how to submit your own reviews to ImagiSOFT for publication.
SUBMIT.TXT is a movie review submission form for those who want to submit their
own reviews to be published in MOVIES TO GO!
VENDOR.DOC tells shareware vendors how to get a hold of us.
