You will be asked to enter the number of the subject you &wish to modify or delete. After entering this, if you are modifying, you will be asked to re-enter the new page number. Then if this is correct, do you wish to save it? If you are deleting a subject, after you have selected the sub- ject number you will be asked to confirm the deletion.m If you are adding a subject to the Table of Contents, you will be shown a display of all of the subjects. Pick a subject, confirm the selection, indi- cate the Table of Contents page number. Confirm this is correct, indicate if you wish to save this new entry.„ •€When you select item 3 from the Table of Contents Menu and after confirm- ing the file name, the Table of Contents will be displayed on the screen. ›€Likewise item 2 will display the Table of Contents but, this time it will be displayed via your printer on a hard copy (paper copy). You can use this as 6€your printed Table Of Contents for your Business Plan.1 €Press 'ENTER' To Continue.  )§ÐGn €Instructions; €For TABLE OF CONTENTS or INDEX.p _€You can create, display, modify or delete a table of contents to compliment the business plan.‘ k€From the MAIN MENU select #7,'Plan - Table of Contents'. This will take you to the Table Of Contents Menu.… Á€To create a new table of contents, select # 1. Create A Table Of Contents. You will be asked to enter a file name. We suggest you use the same file name you are using for the business plan.€ hA box will appear with the name of a subject asking you if this is to be included in the table. Answer 'Y' or 'N'. If you reply with a 'N', a new sub- ject will appear. If you answer with a 'Y', It will ask you for the page num- ber of the business plan that subject appears at. After giving the page number the next subject appears in the box and etc.x –€After all subjects are covered, the screen will display your choices. You have the option of accepting them as they appear or starting over.
