Well, here it is, a little late (again, I know), PNL005. Sorry for the
delay, but as many of you know, I have only so much spare time to put
into the newsletter.

I believe PNL006 will be out a bit early, as I will have a break coming
up where I can spend some real time on it. I look foward to you contributions.

A note about code. There are no code files included with this issue, as
none of the articles included code, other than what is in the articles.
Relax, this isn't some new standard. There will be code in future issues.
In fact, the issues with articles I am writing on producing a team project
will include 80+k in source code, so that should be good for those of you
looking for lots of code.
