This program is provided free of charge to fellow programmers. COLORTBL was
written as a tool to provide a TSR color table to pop-up similar to Side-
Kick's ASCII table while in a program editor. It was written for use in
Turbo Pascal's IDE to enable myself to quickly assign a foreground and back
ground color with a single decimal number. It saves time in the editor by
not having to type constant equivalents ( ie: Lightgray + Blue * 16 ).
I've found it very useful and decided to share it. I hope you find it use-
ful --- of course as we all know by now, TSR's can be a little unruly and
although I have not had any problems with this program, I must state for the
record, I assume no responsibility for damages caused by this program in
whole or in part. (S.O.P.) - Mark D. Rafn -
