This is a replacement for DOS' MODE command to switch between Mono & CGA for
those who have both (or emulators thereof) on their machines. It's much faster,
and easily used in AUTOEXEC.BAT files and as a Menu item in DOS shells.

When switching to CGA, it detects a VMI 1024 or Cobra board and puts it in GCA
emulator mode.

SWITCHMO M switches to Mono
SWITCHMO C switches to CGA
SWITCHMO alone toggles mode
