DISTRIBUTION OF CHEAT RIVER ENGINEERING SOFTWARE

We sincerely desire to make our products available to as many
people as possible through the Shareware distribution network.
However, we have found that a few of the commercial distributors
who charge a fee for copying have little regard for the Shareware
concept beyond their own profitability. Although these are in the
minority, their cavalier attitude about registration is
unacceptable. We feel the success of Shareware as an alternative
distribution method depends on each link of the distribution
chain supporting registration of those products which are used by
the purchasers.

User groups, individuals or other Shareware distribution entities
who market diskettes (whether for profit or not) containing Cheat
River Engineering software, MUST obtain written permission prior
to distribution. Individuals/firms who distribute our software as
good will gestures to clients MUST also obtain such permission.

PC-INFO may be freely uploaded to any BBS, since SYSOPS are auto-
matically granted a license for their personal use and the right
to distribute the complete PC-INFO package via their BBS.

Please forward a copy of this application if you desire to
distribute PC-INFO/PC-IDENT under the above circumstances. The
following additional conditions apply to all distributions:

1. The following files MUST be included with NO modifications:

2. The copying fee is limited to $10.00 per diskette and no
additional renumeration may be accepted.

3. The distributor must fully support registration of Shareware
products as evidenced by advertising or promotional material.
