GetVolumeName
This call returns the name of the specified VolumeNumber. This
call can be used to obtain the names of all mounted volumes. If
a volumeNumber is specified for an unmounted volume the call will
return successful, but the VolumeNameLength will be zero. If a
volume slot is unavailable, a failure, usually 0xFFh, will be re-
turned.
