Planned for emx 0.8d:

- Implement fork().

- Make fseek() and ftell() work with text-mode files.

- Text-mode of a stream should be independent of the text/binary mode of
the handle.

- Don't just delete CRs in text-mode: replace CR/LF with LF.

- Treat Ctrl-Z as EOF for text-mode files only if the stream/handle is not
seekable or if it's a file and the Ctrl-Z is the last byte.

- Support for timezones.

- Include more GNU programs (make, info, diff, RCS, ...).

- Implement dup2().

Planned for later releases of emx:

- Support for creating DLLs (this requires using a relocatable a.out
executable format).

- Put msgbind functionality into emxbind.

- Make C library and emx.dll suitable for multi-threaded programs.

- Use new GNU binary utilities.
