The listing mode of the editor allows you to view
the messages one per line, move to a message,
check to see what messages are addressed to you
(without setting the bit to rcvd) and also to
select and perform maintenence on those selected
messages. The keys available are:

Go up one message
Go down one message
Go up one page

Go to the first message
Go to the last message
Toggle selection of a message
Delete selected messages
