Registration
------------
Space Dynasty is yours to use for free for as long as you want. However,
I hope that you enjoy Space Dynasty enough that you will consider
registering it. As an incentive to register, the Space Dynasty Sysop
Utility, SDSYSOP.EXE, will not function without a registration number.

For a $15 fee, you will receive a registration number which will
be good for this release, and all future releases, of Space Dynasty.
(Please do not send foreign currency...my bank charges me more than $10 to
cash a Canadian check! I don't want to know the fee for other countries...)

This utility will give you much more control over how the game is played.
For example, it will:
- toggle the computer player on and off
- decide what the maximum number of planets you can buy at once is
- decide what quantity of resources (credits, planets, etc) new players
get when they enter the game
- allow the sysop to edit player names and identify who is playing
- change the number of turns per day, anywhere from 4 to 8

On my board, for example, I am giving players enough cash to buy 5000
planets on their first turn, as an interesting strategic twist. There are
lots of ways to change the setup to require players to use different
strategies; you can be as cruel or as generous to them as you like.
