DECRYPT PASSWORDED WORDPERFECT FILES

The program accepts a file name at the command line.
If no file name is given, it prompts for a file name. At this point,
you can enter ? for help.
The program trys all key lengths from 1-23, the maximum that WordPerfect
accepts. If it can find half or more of the letters in an attempt, it
shows you what it has decyphered. PASSWO?D might be a result where the ?
was not decyphered. It finds all passwords of less than 14 letters and,
as a practical matter, it finds all passwords.
This is version 2 that quits a key test if the first six characters
are not found. This not only speeds up the program, but eliminates
most of the strings containing ascii codes that clear all or part of
