ALTA.WPM is a small, simple WP 5.0 macro that waits for a title
on the top line, then (when a CR is detected), sets up two
parallel columns for use in television or AV script.
ALTS.WPM can be used in a document which has been set up with
ALTA.WPM. It inserts an "SOT" (sound on tape) in the left column,
a "NAT SND" in the right column, waits for a carriage return,
then puts a "VO/" (voice over) in the right column.
