Users who would like page numbering to reference the last page of the
document, for example, Page 1 of 45, Page 2 of 45, etc. can use the
following steps:

1.ÂX°°
ÂPress Home Home Down and mark an Automatic Reference target on the
last page (Alt F5, 1, 2). Accept the default of PAGE by pressing
Enter.ƀ%°Æ

2.ÂX°°
ÂGo to the top of the document and create a header or footer using
Control B (^B) to insert a page number. Type the word "of" and mark a
reference (Alt F5, 1, 1, 1). Again, accept the default of PAGE by
pressing Enter.ƀ%°Æ

3.ÂX°°
ÂExit the header or footer create mode and generate.ƀ%°Æ

In Reveal Codes at the bottom of the document, there will be a code that
says [Target(PAGE)]. The code for the header will look like this: [Header
A:2;^B of [Ref(PAGE):Pg 45]]
