This file contains registration details on the Simply Help!
software package. Disk Vendors and Distributors please refer to
the VENDOR.DOC text file. Sysops wishing to place this program on
their BBS's please refer to the SYSOP.DOC text file.

If you are not familiar with the shareware concept please read the
SHR-WARE.DOC text file.

This software is not free and it is not in the public domain. It
is copyright 1990-1992 by Robert E. Pitcher and SimpleWare. All
rights are reserved. This software is distributed as ShareWare.

If you use this program you are required to register your copy.
Non-registered users of Simply Help! are permitted to use the
program on a trial basis only, for the sole purpose of determining
whether or not it meets their needs. ANY AND ALL other use after a
trial period of 30 days requires registration. Use of non-
registered copies of Simply Help! beyond the trial period is
strictly prohibited.


How to Register:
----------------
To register you should fill out the form at the end of this file
and send the completed form along with your payment to SimpleWare.

The single user registration fee is $35.00 which grants a licence
for the continued use of Simply Help!. Upon registering you will
receive a copy of the latest version with complete documentation on
disk. The registered version has all shareware notices removed.
At the present time I do not provide a printed manual but if enough
interest is shown it will be considered for future versions.

Any help systems created with a registered version of this package
become the property of the user and may be distributed without any
additional fees or royalties.


Technical Support:
------------------
If you have registered the program every effort will be made to
support you in your use of Simply Help!. The main method of
support is by mail. Write to me explaining in detail exactly what





the problem is. I reply to all mail received, usually within a
couple of days. At the present time I do not have a dedicated
phone for support. I do not list my phone number but I make it
available to registered users.

Whenever looking for support please include your name, telephone
number and an exact description of your problem. I have tested
this program on several systems ranging from XT's to 386 VGA
systems. It also received limited testing on a small network. I
will try to fix or provide work arounds for any major bugs found in
this system. As problems are corrected and new features are added
I will include a file called HISTORY.DOC to outline the changes.

This is the second shareware release of Simply Help! As new
versions with new features are released some file formats may
have to be changed. I will maintain compatibility at the source
file level either directly or with conversion programs.

Whether you register or not I would appreciate all suggestions and
comments.
