This file contains registration details for the Simply Docs
software package. Disk Vendors, Distributors and Sysops please
refer to the VENDOR.DOC text file.

This software is not free and it is not in the public domain. It
is copyright 1990-1993 by Robert E. Pitcher and SimpleWare.
ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED

This software is distributed as shareware which allows you to try
the program before buying it. Non-registered users of Simply Docs
are permitted to use the program on a trial basis only, for the sole
purpose of determining whether or not it meets their needs.
ANY AND ALL other use after a trial period of 30 days requires
registration. Use of non-registered copies of Simply Docs beyond
the trial period is strictly prohibited.

Files created with a non-registered copy of Simply Docs MAY NOT be
distributed. However, files created with registered copies may be
distributed in any manner without any type of royalities or additional
payments.


How to Register:

To register fill out the form at the end of this file and send it
along with your payment to SimpleWare. If paying by credit card you
may FAX the form to (709) 489-9558.

The registration fee is $25.00 + $5.00 shipping & handling which
grants a licence for the continued use of Simply Docs and the right
to distribute files you create. Upon registering you receive the
latest version with documentation on disk. The registered version
has all shareware notices removed.
