This is a updated release of SHERLOCK. You have permission to
distribute the software on the accompanying disk as is and in its
entirety. You may also use any text and graphics from this
announcement, the program, and the documentation. You may include
your own information files and other programs on the disk with
SHERLOCK. You may archive this package.

I am looking for international distributors who will serve as
points for collecting registrations in foreign currency. The
agreement will be non-exclusive. I will also authorize the
distribution of foreign language translations of all of the DOC
files after I have reviewed a copy of such translations. The
English DOC files must also be distributed with the foreign DOC
files.

The primary change in this release is the ability to display and
select file names from a window. You may enter a file spec or
use the default *.* to select the names to view. SHERLOCK can be
modified to always run in monochrome.

Registered versions of SHERLOCK 2.60 will not have any Shareware
screens or reminders to register. The unregistered version that
you are distributing will randomly 'Run as if Registered' to
demonstrate the real thing.

I now accept registrations by VISA and MasterCard.

files line by line. When they don't match, SHERLOCK raises a
