specifications, and all referenced and related program

Disk Vendors who wish to distribute pEDIT must satisfy one
of the following requirements:

1) The vendor must have been accepted as an associate
member of the Association of Shareware Professionals; or

2) The vendor must agree to abide by the standards for
disk vendors, as set forth by the Association of
Shareware Professionals.

Vendors who do not meet these requirements are not per-
mitted to distribute pEDIT.

Under no circumstances may pEDIT be distributed without all
accompanying documentation files (including this file), all
programs, and other materials provided with the official
copies from T. G. Muench.

pEDIT requires Version 2.1 or higher of PC-DOS/MS-DOS and a
minimum of 320k of memory; 512k is recommended as is a hard

Following is the full description of pEDIT to be used if
space permits:

Full featured split-screen editor now handles up to 6
files at one time. Supports all the usual editing
functions plus block indent. Word Proc features include
margins, paragraph indent, word wrap, case change.
pEDIT uniquely treats everything as text; editor com-
mands and shelled DOS command output are accessible in
special buffers. Release 2.0 added disk macros, file
pick lists, wildcard search. Release 2.10 adds WordStar
and Emacs emulation plus global search. Shareware.
