How to Install PC-Write [page 6]
- For these printers, copy the following files from printer disk #4 to your
working disk/directory:
PostScript: PS*.*
QuadLaser: QUAD*.*
HP DeskJet: DESK*.*
HP DeskJet Plus: PLUS*.*
Font Features [page 72]
Customize: You can select (mark or box) text and press Alt with a letter key
to make PC-Write apply the font to the selected text. This inserts one or more
font characters at the "edges" of the selected text.
Fixed Length Merge Format [page 102]
In this format, commas, quotes, and line boundaries NOT ignored; they ARE
included in the field length. For example, if each record is on a separate
line (each ends with a line boundary, a CR-LF pair) then add a final field
such as {dummy:2} to account for these two bytes at the end of every record.
