PAGINATE
(filter)
=================================================================
Purpose: To paginate a file with 2 lines at the top, and 60 lines
of text, followed by 4 lines at the bottom.

Format: PAGINATE outfile
dir | PAGINATE >outfile

Remarks: This filter reads from the standard input device and
writes to the standard output device.

This is very useful for README.DOC files that are not
formatted. By using this simple utility, you can avoid
having text printed on the page crease.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
