Count the number of lines in a file. Mostly aimed at programmers and source code.

Full Description of File

FORCE program (with source) that will count
the number of lines in a source file. The
included .exe file has options for not
including blank and comment lines in the
count. Very useful utility that can be used
with any source file (Clipper, dBase, etc.)
Very fast (like assembler and the .exe
size is smaller than a 'c' compiled program)
