You can use Hyplus royalty free for running the shareware or
commercial knowledge systems you create. Here's why.
(1) Ten years ago, license fees didn't work for usage of compilers or
database programs. Similar fees are not appropriate for hypertext.
(2) Use and distribute of my hypertext programs (Hyplus/PC-Hypertext)
