 Save the existing file if asked.

 Select ALT+1.

 Using the open file dialog box, locate the file that you want to edit.

 Select OK.

 Begin editing.H@4coverecial          !pÿj60í Editing a Text File ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÜí•0ÿÿ”ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ㦥\´€HО ŸŸ The command Paste Special is designed so you can grab addresses and other informaton such as phone numbers and titles, that are contained in your phone pad. The information can then be used in file that you are editing.

To use Paste Special:

 From the appropriate page in your phone pad, select Copy Special.

 Return to the Text Editor pad.

 Choose ALT+4, to paste the information into the editor.H@4coverecial          !pÿf6,í Using Paste Special ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÜí•0ÿÿÿÿÖÿ ÿ ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÂ--㻀Hž§¦šAfter creating a file and entering text into it, do the following to save your changes:

 Press ALT+2.
