Purpose: Flip text, in files typed on Hebrew Wordprocessors which create ASCII
files types from left to right, 180 degrees (to read from right to
left)

Syntax: FLIPLINE filenam1.ext filenam2.ext

(filenam2 is the flipped file)

Re: Could be used to convert Hebrew files containing Sichos of Lubavitcher
Rebbe on this bulletin board in order to read the with a simple TYPE
command or with Pc Magazine's BROWSE.COM utility

Also usefull when you want to print Hebrew text to printer
