This is WinBiff 1.7a, a Windows 3.x mail notification utility for UUPC,
Waffle, FSUUCP, Pegasus, or PC-NFS.
Besides this file, there are two files in the distribution: The
executable WINBIFF.EXE, and the documentation file, WINBIFF.WRI (in
Windows Write format).
WinBiff 1.7a is Copyright (C) 1992-93, Paul A. Steckler.
