Description:

View Icon is a Windows 3 utility program which allows the viewing of
multiple icon files contained within a directory specified by the user.

Restrictions:

The recipients of this software are free to make any changes that are
deemed necessary. I only request that the authors credits that are
contained in the source files and displayed in the "about" box remain
intact.

Usage:

The operation of this program if fairly straightforward. The user need
only to click on the "Directory" menu item to specify which directory the
icon files are located in. The directory path name that is selected will
be saved in the View Icon initialization file "vi.ini". The next time
View Icon is run, it will automatically display the icon files from this
same directory. The initialization file will be co-located in the same
directory as the "vi.exe" file.
