This Wallpaper image (VGASAM.BMP) is a sample photograph that was scanned in
color and dithered into 16 colors. The dithering technique is optimized
for the default 16 color palette that Windows 3.0 uses on the VGA.

VGASAM.BMP is designed for display on an VGA (640x4800x16) system. It can
also be shown on am EGA system, however, the aspect ratio of this scan
is not correct for a EGA display.

We have the ability to create Wallpaper using 256 solid colors, 16 dithered
colors or 4 gray scale colors.
