Scheduler
This program allows to launch another application at a later time.
The Scheduler will only run under Windows 3.1.
To activate, double click on the icon. A dialog box will appear.
The dialog box has three edit fields. The bottom edit field is
displaying current time, on a 24 hour system (00:00 to 23:59).
Use the top edit field to enter the time you want another application
to start, also on a 24 hour system. Use the middle edit field to enter the full path program
name of that application (like "c:\windows\pbrush" to start the
Paintbrush). Clicking on OK will dismiss the dialog box and minimize
this program's main window. At the designated time, the designated
application will start. Clicking on Cancel will terminate the
Scheduler.
