Paper Hanger is a simple utility which allows you to change your Windows
wallpaper with ease and simplicity. It is designed to avoid the Windows
Control Panel and the many steps it requires to change your wallpaper.
Paper Hanger allows frequent wallpaper changes without going through the
hassle of the Control panel's many steps. You can have new Wallpaper with a
couple of clicks at the bottom of your desktop and you are quickly back to
important tasks.

Paper Hanger should be loaded in the start-up group of the Program
Manager so it will be easily available when running Windows. Paper
Hanger exists as an icon at the bottom of your Windows desktop. A
double click on the icon gives you a Windows File Open dialog from
which you may select wallpaper from ANY directory. A single click gives
you the system menu where you can elect to Tile or Center the currently
selected wallpaper. Also, there is a None option which turns off
wallpaper. Don't forget to read the important "About Paper Hanger"
dialog also on the system menu.



SHAREWARE POLICY
Paper Hanger is provided as shareware. This means that you may
use the product for evaluation purposes for free. After regular
use, the honest user will give up a measly $10 for the privilege
of using this useful utility.
