Thank you for evaluating CT-Shell v2.20 and deciding to register it. Registration brings you these benefits:
o toll-free telephone support
o the right to continue using CT beyond your 30-day evaluation
o professionally printed and bound 100-page+ user's manual
o removal of the "Unregistered" caption
o newest version at the time your order is shipped
With your disks you will receive a SoftKey file that will unlock future versions of CT-Shell that you might download from a service or a BBS. Thus, software updates are free for the downloading, and registered users can purchase new manuals at any time to stay up-to-date with the documentation.
Please provide us with the information we need to keep track of your registration, by filling in this form and printing a copy. If you don't have a printer, please handwrite the same information on a normal size sheet of paper. We want to make sure you are included whenever we notify our registered users of product updates or other news.

Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!
This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.
But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
