REFRESH will do the same like Format (or even more)
without loosing your data.

Original data is read for 12 retries (DOS does it only 6 times !),
and REFRESH makes 2 tries to write (read after write).
The complete sector is written after the read attempts.

So you will have a chance to repair marked ' - bad - ' Floppies
or even the Hard-Disk.

If you press any key, REFRESH will stop.
