1. Copy the two files FMWIN.EXE and FMWCFG.EXE to a common subdirectory.
2. Copy the file VBRUN300.DLL to either the same subdirectory as the two
files noted above were copied to, or to \WINDOWS\SYSTEM
3. Invoke FORMENU for Windows in any of the following ways:
a. Use the FILE MANAGER and double click on FMWIN.EXE
b. Use Windows' pull-down menus: ALT, File, Run, [path]\FMWIN
c. Of course, the best method is to add FORMENU for Windows to
one of your groups. See "Creating a Program Item" in your
Windows manual (it's on page 46 of my particular manual).
It may be a subitem called "Creating Program Items" under
"Program Manager" in your index.

Undoubtedly you will find FORMENU to be fast and easy to use. However,
there is one thing you should know: FORMENU is a menu for the DOS format
command, so format.com needs to be accessible by FORMENU for it to work
properly.
When configuring FORMENU on LAN's there are special considerations that
had to be addressed (the online HELP has more info.) It is important
that you know the password to reconfigure FORMENU on a LAN (we don't
want to allow ANYBODY to do this). The password is "FMW.INI", note
the use of CAPS. FMW.INI, by the way, is the name of FORMENU for
Window's configuration file.

FORMENU's documentation is online. Navigating couldn't be easier:
if you're using a mouse, just click once on the option(s) you
want to choose. Keyboard navigation is also easy by using the
arrow keys, Tab key, and Enter key. You can also invoke most
commands by using the Alt-letter combinations that correspond to
the letter in the command that is underlined (for example, ALT-X
invokes the eXit command). Like most Window's applications,
pull-down menus are also offered and can be invoked by clicking
with the mouse, using arrow keys, Tab key, Enter key, and the
Alt-letter combination.
That's basically it.
