CON->FORMAT Version 1.07 Distribution Notes
August, 1990
CON->FORMAT is a program to format and verify diskettes "in the background".
That is, you may format diskettes concurrently with other activities.
CON->FORMAT is a "pop-up" resident program which is activated by a
user-defined keystroke combination or "hot key".
If you upload these files to a BBS, please use a file name of CNFMT107.
Thus, if you use SEA's ARC program, the file name would be CNFMT107.ARC.
CON->FORMAT IS NOT FREE SOFTWARE, but rather, user-supported "Shareware".
That is, if you find it useful, you must register - more details are
given in the documentation file.

Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!
This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.
But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
