This program is a small RAM-resident utility that turns off the
CapsLock key anytime the left or right Shift key is pressed. Just type
its name on the command line to install it. Better yet, insert this command
into your AUTOEXEC.BAT file so that it loads every time you turn your computer
on. It's handy if you frequently find yourself typing things like "a bRIEF
hISTORY OF tIME."
