Contents of the ASSIGN40.DOC file
A lot of redefinition key programs are uploaded but the authors
don't let you know how to write one.
This is a very simple one written in Turbo C with the source
included.
You can write a "KEY.INP" file with your word processor or EDLIN.
The format is:

DIR
2
CHKDSK
3
DATE
4
TIME
etc...
1 (one) stands for F1 ,40 stands for F40
from 1 to 10 ....F1 to F10
from 11 to 20...shift-F1 to shift-f20
from 21 to 30...control-F1 to control-F10
from 31 to 40...Alt-F1 to Alt-f10
To clear one key,simply choose it and enter < CR >
