ANYTIME 2.0

RUN ANYTIME! was completely rewritten to support playback of cursor keys
(Up Arrow, Down Arrow, PgUp, PgDn) and control keys as well as the keys
previously supported (ASCII keys, function keys, Alt keys, and Alt function
keys). Also the keystrokes last saved into the anytime.doc file are
automatically loaded when you run ANYTIME 2.0.

Instructions: Unzip the files into a directory and change the default drive
and directory to be the drive and directory that contain the files. Type
anytime to run the program.

Popup the editor with keys all held down at once if you
want to change any information in the ANYTIME.DOC file. The changes will
take effect as soon as you press the F2 key. Edit the ANYHOT.KEY in the
anytime directory to change the hotkey to whatever you like - you must use
an ASCII editor (text editor) or save the file from a word processor as a
plain text file.

F1 - help key for instructions, while the editor is popped up.

  1. Very nice! Thank you for this wonderful archive. I wonder why I found it only now. Long live the BBS file archives!

  2. This is so awesome! 😀 I’d be cool if you could download an entire archive of this at once, though.

  3. But one thing that puzzles me is the “mtswslnkmcjklsdlsbdmMICROSOFT” string. There is an article about it here. It is definitely worth a read: http://www.os2museum.com/wp/mtswslnk/
